Which is better? or which would you choose to buy? I'll be using it a lot for watching films and gaming so which is reliable?

Top end Panasonic gear is pretty much faultless. Samsung, excellent picture quality sometimes let down down by the audio performance, but if you have a surround sound system that's no problem. LG have come a long way in the last few years so maybe worth a look. Have you tried any of the forums i.e."A.V.Forum" Either way hope you enjoy your new purchase.
