Is there a noticeable difference between 60ghz and 120ghz LCD screens ?
I am looking into getting this package:

Its refresh rate is 60ghz though...is it still worth it...will it still look nice? The package comes with a ps3, and a 5.1 Home Theater system as well
That is quite a bargain.
In most cases, you won't notice much of a difference between 60Hz and 120Hz. The only exception is during fast moving programs (eg. sports) and it is especially noticeable of the video is interlaced.
On regular 60Hz tvs you may notice artifacts during fast moving scenes (like when a football is thrown, you might see this comet tail thing behind it). This smudging effect is reduced NOT eliminated on 120Hz tvs.
For that price, it is a fantastic deal since it includes a PS3 and 5.1 home theatre system. I have a 60hz tv and it`s fine. The puck is Crystal Clear when I watch hockey, there really isn`y much of a difference. Go for it!
