How do I repair burn-in on my Sony Flat Panel Display?
We have a Sony PFM-42X1 Flat Panel Display and it displays a PowerPoint Presentation most of the day. Because of this, it has a good deal of burn-in that I would like to fix. What are my options to repair this?
I've heard of a DVD that you can play to help swap the pixels from the burn-in color to the original color. Not sure about this one. What about displaying a screen saver for a long period of time?
Any help would be appreciated!
A simple screen saver with many different colors and moving images should suffice.
I would suggest a moving photo screen saver that stretches the images to fit the full screen.
This will eventually bring the pixels that are off-colored back to their original state.
