i have a 42″viewsonic hdmi dolby digital and i was wondering what video settings i should put it on. ?

im talking about things like(brightness,contrast,coulor…basicly the main settings…by the way i have a ps3 hooked up to it
i mean should i put colour on 37 and contrast on 75.what settings should i put them on
